What is FlickDrop?
FlickDrop tracks the price of movies and TV shows you want to buy or rent and alerts you when one drops or hits an all-time low. Add a title to your watchlist and we watch the price for you, then send a notification when it's a good time to buy.
How do price-drop alerts work?
When you track a title, our backend checks its price each day and sends you a push notification if the price falls, or if it drops below a target price you set. Make sure notifications are enabled for FlickDrop in iOS Settings so you don't miss an alert.
Do I need an account?
No. You can track titles and receive alerts without creating an account. Signing in with Apple is only needed if you want to post a review.
Which stores does FlickDrop check?
FlickDrop tracks Apple iTunes / Apple TV prices, and where available compares rent and buy prices across other major stores. Always confirm the final price on the store before purchasing, as prices can change.
Why am I seeing ads?
FlickDrop is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. You control ad tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security, Tracking.
