Apple's Foundation Models do the work locally first, so your notes, receipts, and health data are understood on your iPhone, not on someone's server. A couple of apps use a disclosed cloud fallback only when the on-device model can't run, and one app, ChoreSight, syncs by design for real-time family chores. Each app's own privacy page spells out exactly what that means for that app.
No analytics SDKs, no data sold, ever. One app, WavCast, runs ads in its free tier through Google AdMob, disclosed upfront in its own privacy policy, with a one-time purchase to remove them for good. Where an app syncs, it syncs to your own private iCloud, or, for ChoreSight's family sync, an encrypted Firebase backend, never to a database we sell from.
