To help us resolve things faster, include your iPhone or iPad model, your iOS version, the app version (Settings, About inside the app), and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help a lot.

Subscriptions and refunds

All subscriptions and purchases are billed through your Apple Account. Manage or cancel any plan in the Settings app under your name, then Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
