What is Plantilla?
Plantilla helps U.S. hourly workers read a pay stub, decode a benefits packet, check FMLA eligibility, calculate take-home pay, and look up core workplace rights, all in their own language. Everything runs on device with Apple Vision and Foundation Models. No account, nothing leaves your phone.
Which languages does it support?
Plantilla is Spanish first and English ready, with 8 more languages queued for human review. You can switch language in Settings.
Is Plantilla legal advice?
No. Plantilla provides general, educational information about pay, benefits, and workplace rights. It is not legal advice and is not a substitute for a lawyer or your state labor agency. Laws vary by state and change over time. For your specific situation, consult a qualified professional.
How does the pay stub scanner work?
You photograph or import a pay stub, and Apple Vision reads it on your device. Plantilla highlights the fields, flags anomalies, and charts trends over time. The image and the extracted numbers never leave your iPhone.
Is the document vault private?
Yes. The vault stores work authorization, licenses, and certifications encrypted on your device and does not sync to the cloud. Plantilla tracks expirations and sends renewal nudges locally.
What does Pro include?
Plantilla is free to download with an optional Pro upgrade. Pro is billed through Apple, and you can manage or cancel it in the Settings app under your name, then Subscriptions, then Plantilla.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not the developer. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the Plantilla charge, and request a refund.
