What is Steady?
Steady is built for the workers whose schedules do not fit a 9 to 5. Tell it your shift pattern once, and it calibrates a Fatigue Score, a Smart Nap Planner, a shift calendar, and research grounded coaching to your real schedule.
How does the Fatigue Score work?
The Fatigue Score is a 0 to 10 number that combines your cumulative sleep deficit, hours awake, body clock dip, and last shift type. Tap any score to see exactly what is driving it. It is informational and not a medical device.
Does Steady use Apple Health?
Optionally. You can log sleep manually in a few seconds, or let Steady auto pull sleep from Apple Health (Apple Watch and iPhone), with both sources merged without duplicates. Health access is requested only if you turn it on, and the data stays on your device.
What does Steady Pro include, and what does it cost?
Pro unlocks the full Fatigue Score breakdown, nap notifications, and unlimited history. Pricing is $0.99 USD per month or $8.99 USD per year, with a 14 day free trial. Pro auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How do I manage or cancel Pro?
Pro is billed through Apple. To view, change, or cancel:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Select Steady to change plan or cancel.
You can also restore a purchase from Steady's Settings with Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not the developer. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the Steady charge, and request a refund.
