What is Talewright?
Talewright generates branching, choose-your-own-adventure stories that run entirely on your iPhone. You make choices, the story responds, and nothing you do leaves your device.
Why does it say "Demo mode"?
Live story generation uses Apple Intelligence. It requires a supported iPhone running iOS 26 with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings and the models finished downloading. When that is not available, Talewright plays curated scripted campaigns instead, shown as "Demo mode."
What does Premium include?
Talewright Premium unlocks generated scene illustrations and the ability to create your own custom campaigns from any premise. The two built-in campaigns are free. Premium is $1.99 per month or $14.99 per year, and the yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Talewright. You can also reach this from Settings inside the app under "Manage subscription." Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the current period.
I paid but Premium isn't showing.
Open Settings inside the app and tap "Restore purchases." If it still does not appear, email us with your approximate date of purchase and we will help.
How do I delete my data?
All data is stored only on your device. Open Settings inside the app and tap "Delete all saved adventures," or delete the app to remove everything.
Requirements
Talewright runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later. On-device story and image generation require an Apple Intelligence capable iPhone running iOS 26 with Apple Intelligence enabled.
