VitalLedger keeps every record of your pet's life, and keeps it yours. One app for every vaccine, vet visit, medication, weight, symptom, expense, and memory. No ads, no account, no data resale. Records live on your iPhone first, optionally syncing through your own iCloud.

It now reads the record back to you. Ask about weight changes, past visits, or what you have spent, and get answers drawn from your own entries. It runs on your iPhone using Apple's on device models, so nothing is sent to a server. It answers from the record or says the record does not have it, and it never gives medical advice.

Every species gets a full profile with breed, birthdate, microchip, photo, and notes. The chronological timeline ties together vaccines, lab PDFs, treatment notes, and the paperwork you snapped at the vet office. Each visit can auto-create its own expense entry, and a photo of an invoice can fill in the total, date, and clinic for you.

VitalScore gives one wellness number per pet with the reasons behind it and the full formula shown in the app. Care Plan builds a preventive schedule from species, breed, and age. Recall alerts tell you when a food or drug you use is recalled, and the matching happens on your device, so we never learn what you feed your pet.

The Pet ID lives in Apple Wallet, on the Lock Screen with no unlock and no signal, with microchip and emergency contacts on the back. Sitter Mode produces a read only, QR shareable card with feeding times, medications, and vet info, no account and no app required from your sitter. Apple Watch handles quick logging from your wrist, and there are Siri Shortcuts for hands free entry.
