How it works
Email me the titles and quantities. I confirm the order, estimate shipping, and send an invoice with everything itemized, books, shipping, and any paperwork your district needs. You do not pay until that invoice is in your hands. There is no account to make and no minimum per title, the 20 book minimum is across the whole order, so you can take four copies of five different books if that is what your room needs.
There are 43 titles available. If you are not sure what fits, tell me the age group and what you are working on, separation anxiety at drop off, a new sibling at home, naming big feelings, sharing space on the rug, and I will suggest a set rather than sell you the whole catalog.
For schools and districts specifically
I can provide a W-9, work against a purchase order, and handle tax exempt orders. If your district needs to add me as a vendor, send the form and I will fill it out. If your business office needs an invoice with net 30 terms, that is fine too.
None of that is a special favor, it is just how school buying works, and I would rather say so up front than have a teacher assume it is too much hassle to ask.
Shipping
Shipping is estimated once the order is confirmed, based on the quantity and where it is going, and it appears as a line on your invoice. It is passed through at actual cost, I do not mark it up.
Books are printed to order, so plan on about two weeks from the day the order is confirmed to the day the box arrives. If you have a hard deadline, a first day of school, a family night, a conference, tell me the date in your first email and I will tell you honestly whether it can be met.
Why not just buy them on Amazon?
You can, and for one or two copies you probably should, the link on every book page goes straight there. Bulk is different. At 20 copies the direct price saves you about $80 against list, and at 50 it is roughly $200. It also means I can put the books in one box with an invoice attached, which is usually easier for a business office than 30 separate Amazon receipts.
