Find the right book for your kid, by age and by what is going on
Every title I have written has an age band and a theme. Set the age, pick the thing your kid is working through, and the shelf narrows to the books that actually fit.

How the age bands work
0 to 3 are board-book style: short, rhythmic, meant to be read the same way fifty times. 3 to 7 are the series (the Wobbles, the Goodbye Button, Three Dogs) with one situation and one feeling per book. 5 to 9 are the explainers, where the answer to "why" is the whole plot: how thunder works, where a dollar goes, what sleep is for.
Pick by the situation, not the age
The age slider is a filter; the topic is the reason you are here. A first sleepover, a shot at the doctor, a new baby at home, a parent on night shift. The books are written so the kid sees their exact situation on the page, because "you'll be fine" has never once worked on a five-year-old.
Where to get them
Every title is on Amazon in paperback and Kindle, and free to read on Kindle Unlimited. The shelf page has the links and the affiliate disclosure. This finder just points you at the right cover.
Age bands are the ones printed on the back cover. Kids read up and down; a strong 4-year-old listener is fine with a 5 to 9 title read aloud.
