These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of jcmobileappstudio.com (the "Site"), operated by JC Mobile App Studio LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, circumvent security, scrape content at scale, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the names of our apps, are owned by JC Mobile App Studio LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Some images are licensed from third parties (for example, Unsplash) and credited where used. You may share links to our content and quote short excerpts with attribution, but you may not copy, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of the Site without our written permission.

Our apps

Apps published by JC Mobile App Studio are distributed through the Apple App Store and are governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (or a custom EULA where noted), together with each app's own privacy policy. These Terms cover the website only, not the apps.

Advertising and third-party links

The Site is supported in part by advertising served by Google AdSense, and it may contain links to third-party websites, including the App Store and the sites of advertisers. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, products, or practices of third-party sites or advertisers. Your dealings with them are solely between you and that third party. Informational content, not professional advice

Articles, app descriptions, and other content on the Site are provided for general information only. Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, or professional advice, and it does not create any professional relationship.
